HOUSING
We are at the precipice of a housing disaster unless we act now. Currently, our community has been an onslaught of out-of-state investors, illegal short-term rentals, and limited vacancy.
I have guided hundreds of people in the last decade to their property aspirations. There are numerous tools at the city level that I can utilize to secure provisions for our citizens. Negotiating with private sector, zoning committees, and the investors will be at the forefront of my housing agenda and within my term I will deliver answers on our ever-growing housing crisis.

INDUSTRY
We have yet to seek any new ways to grow revenue in our city over the last 30 years. I'm willing to entertain new groups of industry to secure our city's future in perpetuity. Our historical status should be a foray for investments bringing new opportunities to our community, its citizens, and workers.
SERVICES
Our city is a small municipality that boasts a diversity of retirees, working adults, school children, and professionals. However, as our community continues to define itself, we, not unlike the rest of the country, are playing catch-up when it comes to basic necessities and services. We have seen top officials leave their post for more enticing positions in neighboring communities. I promise to seek top talent by offering competitive pay and enticing benefits to secure the only best for our city.
